Rigatoni with Onion Bhaji

Ingredients

1 Pack Gazebo Onion Bhaji

150g Boiled Rigatoni Pasta

30g Cheddar Cheese

150g Crushed and Blended Tomato

50g Medium Red Onion, diced

60g Medium Mixed Peppers, diced

1 tsp Dry Mixed Herbs

½ tsp Sugar

Salt to taste

Black pepper to taste

Method

  1. Add crushed tomato, diced red onion, diced mixed peppers, sugar, mixed herbs and combine in a large bowl.
  2. Add boiled pasta, mix it all together and season the sauce with salt and pepper as needed.
  3. Place the pasta mix into an oven-proof dish.
  4. Break the onion bhaji up and add to the pasta.
  5. Top with the grated cheese and bake in the oven at Gas 6/180°C/160°C Fan for 16-20 minutes.
  6. Plate and serve!
