Onion Bhaji Burgers

1 Pack Gazebo Onion Bhajis (4)

2 Rolls/Burger Buns

1 Small Cucumber, sliced

1 Tomato, sliced

1 Small Onion, sliced

1 Lettuce, shredded

100g Peri Peri Mayonnaise


  1. Spread both halves of your rolls/burger buns with peri peri mayonnaise. Save some for later!
  2. Prepare our onion bhajis following pack instructions.
  3. Layer shredded lettuce on the bottom of each burger and top with cucumber, tomato and onion.
  4. Add 2 of our delicious onion bhajis to each burger.
  5. Drizzle with the remaining peri peri sauce and your favourite dip.
  6. Sandwich together, serve and enjoy with a choice of fries, wedgies or crisps.
