1 Pack Gazebo Sweet Potato Falafel with Houmous

300g Watermelon, diced

100g Feta Cheese, diced

50g Red Onion, sliced

20g Mint, chopped

20g Mixed Roasted Seeds

Salt and Black Pepper to taste

Balsamic Glaze to taste

Extra Virgin Olive Oil to taste


  1. On your plate, add the juicy diced watermelon, feta and sliced onion.
  2. Spoon out the houmous on top and break the falafel up and add that too.
  3. Sprinkle fresh chopped mint and roasted seeds over the top and add salt, pepper, balsamic glaze and olive oil to taste.
