This dish is packed with oriental flavours and fragrances. Our crispy chicken spring rolls have been paired with rice noodles that have been garnished with other colourful vegetables to create a fun and easy recipe. The perfect side for our tasty chicken spring rolls.

1 Pack Gazebo Chicken Spring Rolls (4)

1 Pack of Rice Noodles

1 Pack of Stir Fry Mix

50g Spring Onion, diced

30g Cooking Oil

25g Garlic, chopped

15g Ginger, chopped

3g Chilli Flakes, crushed

25g Light Soya Sauce

Salt & Pepper to season


  1. Heat your oil in a pan.
  2. Cook your noodles separately, following the instructions on the pack.
  3. Stir fry your ginger, garlic, chilli flakes and stir fry mix on a high heat.
  4. Add your cooked noodles and light soya sauce to the stir fry mix. Cook for 2-3 minutes until sizzling.
  5. Prepare chicken spring rolls in the oven, following the instructions on the pack.
  6. Season your noodle and stir fry mix with salt and pepper if desired.
  7. Serve in a large bowl with the vegetable spring rolls and some light soya sauce.
