1 Pack Gazebo Sweet Potato Falafel With Houmous

60g Mixed Peppers, thinly sliced

2 Tortillas

40g Red Onion, thinly sliced

50g Small Cucumber, thinly sliced

60g Tomato, thinly sliced

1 Avocado, chopped

1 Lettuce, Shredded


  1. Spread half of the houmous over the middle of each wrap.
  2. Add your toppings on each wrap and top with houmous.
  3. Prepare your sweet potato falafel according to pack instructions.
  4. Halve 2 pieces of sweet potato falafel for each wrap.
  5. Drizzle both wraps with your sauce of choice. We chose peri peri mayonnaise but yoghurt and mint dressing tastes great too!
  6. Fold in, roll and enjoy.
