Ingredients

1 Gazebo Vegetable Samosa

1 Pack of rolls

1 Small cucumber, sliced

1 Tomato, sliced

1 Lettuce, shredded

60g Peri peri mayonnaise

50g Tamarind chutney

Method

  1. Slice your rolls in half and spread one side with 1 tbsp of peri peri mayonnaise and other side with 1 tbsp of tamarind chutney and keep remaining to use later.
  2. Add shredded lettuce on bottom of burger and top with cucumber, tomato and onion slices.
  3. Heat up and add Gazebo Vegetable Samosa.
  4. Drizzle with remaining peri peri mayonnaise and tamarind chutney.
  5. Cover the burger and sandwich together.
  6. Serve and enjoy together with your choice of fries, wedges or crisps.
