Ingredients

INGREDIENTS: Pilau Rice (45%) (Water, Basmati Rice, Onion, Rapeseed Oil, Salt, Cumin, Turmeric, Clove, Green Cardamom Pod, Green Cardamom), Cooked Chicken Breast (15%), Tomato (15%), Onion Puree, Water, Single Cream (Milk), Tomato Paste, Rapeseed Oil, Yogurt (Milk), Garlic Puree, Sugar, Coriander Leaf, Ginger Puree, Lemon Juice, Salt, Green Chilli Puree, Cumin Powder, Paprika, Mustard Seed, Cumin Seed, Colour: Paprika Extract, Fennel Seed, Chilli Powder, Turmeric, Coriander Powder, Fenugreek Leaf, Ajwain Seed, Green Cardamom Powder, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, White Pepper, Clove Powder.

Heating Instructions

MICROWAVE: For best results microwave heat. Remove sleeve and pierce film lid. Place on a microwavable plate and heat as per instruction. Heating from Chilled: 800W – 3 mins, 900W – 2½ mins, peel back film and stir. Heat for a further 2 mins.

Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving.  Ensure food is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not re-heat once heated.

OVEN: Remove sleeve and pierce film lid. Place product on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the pre-heated oven.

Temp.: 180°C/ Fan 160°C/ Gas Mark 4
