Ingredients

INGREDIENTS: Pilau Rice (45%) (Water, Basmati Rice, Onion, Rapeseed Oil, Salt, Cumin, Turmeric, Clove, Green Cardamom Pod, Green Cardamom), Cooked Chicken Breast (15%), Water, Onion Puree, Tomato, Onion, Coconut Milk, Rapeseed Oil, Tomato Paste, Garlic Puree, Ginger Puree, Green Chilli Puree, Tamarind Concentrate, Coriander Leaf, Chilli Powder, Salt, Cornflour, Curry Powder (Coriander, Turmeric, Cumin, Black Pepper, Fennel Seeds, Mustard Powder, Chilli Powder, Poppy Seeds, Salt, Gram Flour, Fenugreek Powder), Barley Malt Vinegar, Coriander Powder, Sugar, Paprika, Cumin Powder, Turmeric, Garam Masala (Coriander, Cumin, Cinnamon, Ginger, Black Pepper, Clove, Nutmeg, Cardamom, Bay Leaf, Chilli Powder).

Heating Instructions

MICROWAVE: For best results microwave heat. Remove sleeve and pierce film lid. Place on a microwavable plate and heat as per instruction. Heating from Chilled: 800W – 3 mins, 900W – 2½ mins, peel back film and stir. Heat for a further 2 mins.

Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving.  Ensure food is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not re-heat once heated.

OVEN: Remove sleeve and pierce film lid. Place product on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the pre-heated oven.

Temp.: 180°C/ Fan 160°C/ Gas Mark 4
