INGREDIENTS: Jasmine Rice (45%) (Water, Jasmine Rice, Rapeseed Oil, Spring Onion, Lemongrass Puree, Salt, Sesame Oil), Coconut Milk, Cooked Chicken (15%), Water, Panang Curry Paste (Red Chilli, Lemongrass, Shallot, Salt, Garlic, Galangal, Mung Bean, Shrimp Paste (Shrimp (Crustacean), Salt), Kaffir Lime Peel, Coriander Seed, Cumin, Pepper), Brown Sugar, Spring Onion, Barley Malt Vinegar, Cornflour, Coriander Leaf, Soya Sauce (Water, Soya Bean, Wheat, Salt), Fish Sauce (Anchovy Extract (Water, Anchovy (Fish)), Salt, Sugar), Basil, Kaffir Lime Leaf, Vegetable Stock (Yeast Extract Powder (Yeast Extract, Salt), Garlic Powder, Onion Powder).

Heating Instructions
MICROWAVE: For best results microwave heat. Remove sleeve and pierce film lid. Place on a microwavable plate and heat as per instruction. Heating from Chilled: 800W – 3 mins, 900W – 2½ mins, peel back film and stir. Heat for a further 2 mins.
Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving. Ensure food is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not re-heat once heated.
OVEN: Remove sleeve and pierce film lid. Place product on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the pre-heated oven.
