Ingredients

INGREDIENTS: Jasmine Rice (45%) (Water, Jasmine Rice, Rapeseed Oil, Spring Onion, Lemongrass Puree, Salt, Sesame Oil), Cooked Chicken Breast (15%), Water, Coconut Milk, Red Pepper, Soya Beans, Bamboo Shoot, Thai Red Curry Paste (Red Chilli, Garlic, Lemongrass, Shallot, Salt, Galangal, Kaffir Lime Peel, Spices (Coriander Seed, Cumin Powder), Onion Puree, Spring Onion, Tomato Paste, Light Soya Sauce (Water, Soya Bean, Salt, Wheat Flour, Preservative: Potassium Sorbate), Rice Vinegar, Rapeseed Oil, Brown Sugar, Lemongrass, Cornflour, Garlic Puree, Ginger Puree, Galangal Puree, Coriander Leaf, Red Chilli Puree, Paprika, Salt, Kaffir Lime Leaf.

Heating Instructions

MICROWAVE: For best results microwave heat. Remove sleeve and pierce film lid. Place on a microwavable plate and heat as per instruction. Heating from Chilled: 800W – 3 mins, 900W – 2½ mins, peel back film and stir. Heat for a further 2 mins.

Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving.  Ensure food is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not re-heat once heated.

OVEN: Remove sleeve and pierce film lid. Place product on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the pre-heated oven.

Temp.: 180°C/ Fan 160°C/ Gas Mark 4
